Over the past several years Michael has progressed from Project Coordinator to Project Engineer and now Estimator, building a 360-degree view of project delivery. He performs quantity take-offs, scopes and solicits subcontractor bids, and assembles competitive proposals while tracking schedules, RFIs, and submittals for the civil team. His portfolio includes tenant improvements, heavy-civil sitework, and facility upgrades for agencies such as the General Services Administration, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and the National Park Service—experience that underpins his meticulous documentation standards and risk-management approach.
