Sophia Clements manages Fasone Construction’s full financial operations, including accounting processes, budget forecasting, and internal financial reporting. With a Master’s in Accounting and over 15 years in financial services, she brings both private-sector and public-accounting expertise to the organization. Her methodical, problem-solving approach ensures accuracy across Fasone’s growing portfolio and supports financial transparency for agency partners.

Prior to Fasone, Sophia spent five years managing mortgage-loss mitigation at Wells Fargo, followed by seven years in public accounting where she prepared tax returns and financial statements for more than 300 companies across multiple industries annually. At Fasone, she leads month-end close, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and the implementation of a full ERP system while collaborating closely with project managers to maintain real-time financial controls.
